Hi, I'm having trouble opening the preferences pane. The command comma brings up nothing. If I then open up something else like catalog (which opens up fine) and then close it and try preferences again, then catalog opens. All other option open well. When I open guide there is an option to open preferences on the right with a light switch icon. Nothing happens when I click on this. Can you help.
