Hello, I have a black screen on my macintosh dual 1ghz pros. quicksilver after changing my monitors resolution..
I have got it to boot from an external hd, then I did a safe boot somehow from the internal where I did my monitor preference changes and when I went to check the monitors preferences they were on the correct setting, so I rebooted and it seemed to go ok until the final second then poof black again. The mac is running fine, it just seems to be the video pref.
