What do you mean by "uninstalled"? If there's a copy of Quicksilver anywhere on your system (other than Trash), that service will be available. I'm not sure how often that list gets updated though (once all copies have been removed), so maybe you did get rid of it. Perhaps logging out and back in will clear it.
