I'm not sure of that would make sense or be possible. Even when 4.0's 
multitasking comes to the iPad, I don't think there will be a way to ensure 
that something is *always* running in the background. And there wouldn't be a 
keyboard at all times, so how would you call up Quicksilver? Also, I don't 
think applications have the ability to see each other's data, so Quicksilver 
wouldn't be able to give you access to much beyond maybe the Address Book and a 
list of apps, which the built-in search already indexes.

I'm curious what you want an iPad version of Quicksilver to do.
