I had something similar to this with the twitter plugin. You enter account name
and password details in the preference panel. I'm guessing your salesforce
plugin is the same?

Have you confirmed the plugin's definitely in ~/Library/Application
Support/Quicksilver/Plugins? And if so rescanned the catalogue either using the
circular arrow at the bottom of the catalogue panel or using the rescan option
from the Quicksilver menubar dropdown. Then restart QS.

My problem with the twitter plugin was that it showed up in the LH column but
there was nowhere to put password/username when I clicked on it.

I ended up logging in to the guest account, pulling over a copy of the
preferences file from my admin account (found at
~/Library/Preferences/com.blacktree.Quicksilver.plist) and overwrote the new QS
preference file in the guest account. Then when I opened QS in the guest
account boxes appeared under 'twitter' in the preferences where I could put
username/password. After doing that I simply quit QS again and sent the
preference file back from the guest account preference folder to the admin
account & bob was my Uncle.

Incidentally, a question to the QS powers that be. I was wondering if it'd be a
good idea if things like the twitter & salesforce plugins had a home somewhere
on this forum? Probably in the same place as the Yojimbo/1Password etc plugins.
I use the twitter plugin countless times every day but a search on this forum
for 'twitter' returns no results. I wouldn't be surprised if there are other
plugins out in the wild too that some people may know about.

Here's a link to the Twitter plugin anyway.
