Do you mean the command window? The default keyboard shortcut to bring it up is Control-Space, but you can customize this to whatever you want. If that isn't working for you for some reason, double clicking on Quicksilver.app in the Applications folder will bring it up, and then you can press Command-comma to get into Quicksilver's preferences and set the activation shortcut to something you will remember.
