To integrate Quicksilver with Devonthink, you could always [write a new plug-in][1] for it. :) As for taking advantage of existing software, have you looked at [Yojimbo][1]? I use it and have been pretty happy with it (though I haven’t tried DT and can’t compare them). It’s had a Quicksilver plug-in for many years, which I [updated][3] the hell out of only a few months ago.
