For doing that many changes at once, you would be better off creating
an AppleScript or an automator workflow, and then simply running that
via Quicksilver. It would be theoretically possible to do it purely
with QS, but cobbling that many discreet QS actions into a single
sequence would take more work than it would to create a proper
AppleScript.
