No need to be snippy, Andrew. We don't know what your level of
knowledge is, so we have to cover all the bases. After all, if you
knowledge was perfect you wouldn't be here asking for help.

There are in fact three places that Quicksilver stores caches. Quit
QS, then delete all of the following:
~/Library/Caches/Quicksilver
~/Library/Caches/com.blacktree.Quicksilver
~/Library/Application Support/Quicksilver/Caches

Restart QS, then go into your catalogue and find the entry for your
DropBox folder, and click the little ⓘ button at the bottom of the
preferences window. In the details drawer that opens, select the
Source Options tab and make sure that the search depth is configured
to something greater than 1, and that the Omit Source Item option is
not checked. Then press the ↻ button to rescan your DropBox. That
should do it.
