It's most likely due to a faulty plugin that you have that's crashing. My first suggestion would be to move the ~/Library/Application Support/Quicksilver/Plugins folder to your desktop (where ~ means your home folder called simply your 'username')
If that works then it's a plugins problem. If not, try resetting Quicksilver, as per the FAQ in the groups. If that still doesn't work. Post your console logs to see if we can suss it out.
