I'm betting iTunes itself simply doesn't have a way to group an
arbitrary set of tracks, so the comma trick doesn't work. You could
try using "Play Now in Party Shuffle" instead (It might just be "Play
in Party Shuffle"). That would be up to the iTunes module rather than
iTunes itself—it's theoretically possible, just a question of whether
the module devs thought of it.

You could also see if iTunes has an AppleScript interface for adding
stuff to Party Shuffle and write a script to do it yourself, if the QS
iTunes plugin can't. I know nothing about writing AppleScript QS
actions though.
