I tried installing quicksilver on my 10.6.6 machine but it does not work. I downloaded the quicksilver.app and double click to run. I see the animation appear in the middle of my screen and that's it. It does not open in the dock, neither in the bar in the top of my screen.
The only thing I see is the finder window is being pushed to the back (colour changes) and then after about a second it is being put the front again (back to good old grey). I tried downloading again, removing all files and rebooting for several times now. The files I deleted were located in ~/Library/Application Support/Quicksilver/ ~/Library/Preferences/com.blacktree.Quicksilver.plist ~/Library/Caches/Quicksilver/ after this I tried running the app again. No reaction. I looked in the group if people had similar problems but could not realy find an answer. Any suggestions would be very much appreciated.
