You could add a trigger with simply the URL of the google stock URL on google finance (e.g. http://www.google.com/finance?q=NASDAQ:GOOG )
but probably the best thing to do would be to use a trigger with "Google Finance" in the first pane (install the Web Searches Module, assuming it's in the list...), find with in the 2nd pane then a blank 3rd pane. Then when you press the trigger shortcuts, you'd just have to type Goog, APPL or whatever and hit enter to bring up whatever you want in Google Finance. See Howard's Manual: http://blacktree-quicksilver.googlegroups.com/web/Quicksilver.pdf?gda=tltDV0EAAADRRL80I5XZFnwFJG6wvIu21q00DZzaLA1ADrScg-9WQLoHTzFvcJnc3uUnYO_9LbdTCT_pCLcFTwcI3Sro5jAzlXFeCn-cdYleF-vtiGpWAA&_done=%252Fgroup%252Fblacktree-quicksilver%253F Page 90 onwards :) On 5 April 2011 09:32, pharaoh <[email protected]> wrote: > Hi everyone, > > I just downloaded quicksilver for the first time so I'm just getting > used to it, but I was wondering if there was anyway for me to do qs > searches specific to keywords. > > For instance, I hit the keys that open quicksilver and then: > 1) I type "gfinance goog" (gfinance for google finance bookmark, and > goog for the google ticker symbol) > 2) I press enter to open the google finance page for google's stock > > Is there any way to accomplish this?
