Chrome bookmarks

I had been using Firefox for a while and was using the stored  
bookmarks to launched via QS.  Adding a new bookmark and getting QS to  
read the updated bookmarks file was easy (or not very painful I should  
say).

After switching to Chrome I just changed my default browser and it  
works like a charm but how do I get a newly added bookmarks in Chrome  
to show up in QS?
