Right you are. This is a bug with the results in the 3rd pane not being filtered. They should really be filtered to only show folders, which the 'move to...' action is doing properly.
I've fixed the same bug in another plugin recently, so this should be an easy one for me. I'm off out now but should be able to do it soon. If I don't reply back in this thread for say... 2 days - remind me about it!
