Probably a plug-in.

I would do two things:

1. Make sure you don’t have the AirPort module installed. It’s a known problem
on 10.6. (I rewrote the plug-in to work on 10.6, but it’s still under review.)
2. Download all the plug-ins you want to use from http://qsapp.com/plugins/. A
lot of them have been updated, but Quicksilver itself hasn’t been updated to
pull from the new location so it still installs old versions.

If the above doesn’t work, or you can’t keep Quicksilver running long enough to
update the plug-ins, remove them by hand.

1. Quit Quicksilver
2. Go to ~/Library/Application Support/Quicksilver/PlugIns
3. Drag some or all of them to the Trash.
4. Start Quicksilver
5. Install updated versions from qsapp.com
