Since I don't find any twitter plugin that works for QS (after OAuth), I found a simple solution using http://jejot.com
You signup, then get the private email address from them (add it to your address book) and authorised your account to post to twitter. Fire up your QS, hit dot and start typing. Tab and send email directly to..., pick the one that you just added. In few moment the tweet appears on your TL
