1. That could be changed, presumably in DefaultBindings.qskey (just tried it
quickly and couldn't get it to work though)
Forgive my ignorance, but what are CTRL+L and CTRL+H referring to? Left and
something?!

2. An update is coming soon that should fix quite a few things in the plugin
(yes it's old) - what exactly is your problem?
