Getting an "Open" message after doing a "Move to"

Having a weird issue with b60 and Mac 10.6.7.

I'll select something in the Finder, then use a trigger to get a
"Command Window with Selection." After completing a "Move to" command,
a new QS window opens with the same items selected and "Open" in the
action pane. Anyone have an idea about why this is happening?
