One thing I have realized when searching for music through the iTunes
plugin is that it is very annoying to find songs when you want to look
up both the artists name and/or song and/or album. For example, in the
search tab of iTunes.app, you can find the song "All Falls Down" by
Kanye West by searching "kanye all falls down" or something like that.
If I am to search for a song via the iTunes QS plugin, I need to only
search through song names, album names, or artist names. I can search
for an artist, then right arrow into his albums, then right arrow into
his songs and filter that way but thats more tedious than clicking on
iTunes and searching for the songs without having to worry about if
I'm filtering by artist or song or album name.

Therefore, I have a suggestion to add an ability to search via the
iTunes plugin that is agnostic towards the specific type of
information being searched. In other words, you can search and filter
by artist or song or album without having to specify you're only
filtering songs or only filter artists or whatever. I feel like this
is far more useful and quicker. Because I can't do this, I keep my
music files in the catalog instead of using the iTunes plugin, and
that sort of slows down QS a little but allows me to search for songs
more effectively (because most song files have the artist/album and
song title in them, so searching in the way I specified works to find
the file).
