Yep - I have. And it seems to work fine - thank you. The issue is that in the info pane, you state: "1Password data can be indexed directly in the Quicksilver catalog by 'ticking' the 'Web Forms' source under Catalog Preferences (disbaled by default)". I (and heroman) can't find the "'Web Forms' source" you refer to. It seems to me that either the text in the info pane needs to be changed or even removed if it's not necessary to find and tick this box.
