Creating triggers with blank panes is a little bit tricky (but only a
little). In the trigger creation panel, make sure to set the third
pane so that it really and truly has nothing in it. When you create a
trigger with the Process Text... action in the second pane, the third
pane by default contains an empty text field, but what you want is not
just an empty text field but truly *nothing* in the third pane. So,
tab to the third pane in the trigger creation window and press Cmd-X
to make it truly empty, and then save the trigger.

Hopefully it will work properly now. What you should see when you
activate the trigger is the first two panes already filled in and the
third pane open and waiting for your text input. (Note: if you are
using the BezelHUD interface, you will only see a large text entry
pane, since that interface hides the first two panes in this
situation.)
