It happens with all the Apps that have fullscreen capabilities, Mail, Safari & the iLife Apps.
I assumed that it was a Lion thing & would affect everyone but this obviously isn't the case. I've just tried logging into the guest account & found that a clean setup of Quicksilver works fine there. I also tried replacing the Application Support & preference files for Quicksilver in the guest account & after restarting Quicksilver I was once again unable to see Quicksilver with Apps fullscreen. Which suggested to me that it was a Quicksilver issue rather than a 3rd party App. Or it did till I tried to set up a clean Quicksilver in my normal account & found that even this didn't work here. So now I'm totally confused & the only explanation I can think of is that there's both something with my my QS setup AND something with my Lion setup stopping Quicksilver working in fullscreen mode. It will be interesting to see if anyone else has this problem when Lion finally drops. Meanwhile short of doing a clean install of both Lion & Quicksilver I don't know what to do now.
