Thanks a lot... the "assign abbreviation" is not what I wanted since I want to use a name that is not an abbreviation of the original item. But the "Save command to file" option works great (I didn't know about this feature, and I didn't know what to look for in the docs!)
Incidentally, I noticed that the icon for the action becomes pixelated when I do this. Here's what the original item looks like: http://imgur.com/Gxl3w and here's what it looks like after saving to a qscommand file and adding to the catalog: http://imgur.com/RFbze Any idea why this happens? (by the way, the icon in the qscommand file looks just fine, it's quicksilver that's doing something weird) On Jul 29, 7:44 pm, Lucas Garron <[email protected]> wrote: > It seems like you just want an alternate abbreviation, rather than a > trigger. > > You could try "Show Playing Track" > "Assign Abbreviation" > "show" (or > whatever) > You could also try "Show Playing Track" [Ctrl - Enter] > "Save Command to > File..." and put the resulting . qscommand file in the catalogue (after > renaming it, if you want) > > »Lucas Garron > > > > > > > > On Fri, Jul 29, 2011 at 15:36, koro <[email protected]> wrote: > > Is there an easy way to do something like a trigger but make it an > > object or something like that?
