You need to install both the "Clipboard Module" and the "Shelf Module". Then activate the "Shelf & Clipboard" item in the preferences -> Catalog -> Quicksilver. I think you also need to rescan the catalog (click the circlular arrow button at the bottom of the catalog preference window), then the clipboard history should appear in QS.
