1Passwd Plugin won't autofill

I'm using B60, the 7/23 1pass plugin,  and the latest beta from 1pass
and the go & fill QS action only opens the web page in safari.  It
never auto-fills.
The same pages do auto-fill correctly if launched from 1passwd app
directly.  Any suggestions?
