You just need to assign QS to all spaces. Activate the Show Icon in Dock option in Quicksilver's preferences window and then restart QS. In the Dock, right-click on QS's dock icon and choose the option to assign it to all desktops. You can now deactivate the Show Icon in Dock option in QS's preferences window. QS will continue to appear on all desktops.
