I am not too sure, as I'm not at my Mac - but these triggers may be part of
the Core Support plugin.

In which case, I'd make sure the plugin is correctly loaded. Basically,
delete anything named Core Support.qsplugin in ~/library/application
support/quicksilver/plugins and restart QS.
Also, make sure the triggers module is correctly installed (should be a
greyed out tick in the plugins prefs)
