It doesn't have an AppleScript dictionary.

The Name Mangler devs make Butler, so to say a plugin is a long shot

Fedge wanted to have NM open files from QS, which can be done with the
[files]>Open With…>Name Mangler Command.

A QS way to open apps' AppleScript dictionaries is to run: [app]>Open
With…>AppleScript Editor. They pop right up.
