Mine is checked. I unchecked it and relaunched QS–it was checked again! I guess QS can't add changes to that particular item.
As a workaround, you could add /Library/Scripts/Audio Scripts to QS's catalog (drag the folder into the list at Preferences>Catalog>Custom) and rescan.
