You are looking in ~/Library/Application Support for the Quicksilver
folder, correct? If you are just looking in ~/Library, you won't find
anything there. (Note: ~ stands for your home folder. ~/Library should
not be confused with /Library, which is at the root of the drive next
to /Applications, /System, and /Users. In Lion, ~/Library is hidden by
default, so you'll need to select Go to Folder... from Finder's Go
menu to get there.)

If you cannot find anything at ~/Library/Application Support/
Quicksilver, then my first guess is that you have a permissions
problem. Select ~/Library/Application Support and press ⌘I to show the
Info window for it. At the bottom, make sure your user is listed as
having read and write permissions.
