Trigger for paste current clipboard selection as plain text

I see that B61 has a new "Paste as Plain Text" action. I'd like to
define a keyboard trigger for "Paste the current clipboard selection
as plain text". However, when I define a trigger, I don't know how to
specify "the current clipboard contents" as the object.  Is this
possible?
