I'm having the same exact issue with b61 on 10.7.2 as well.
Whenever I try to launch any application from Quicksilver, the
application will hang and then quit unexpectedly. This is on a
mid-2010 Macbook Pro. However, Quicksilver b61 works fine on 10.7.2 on
my Mac Mini.
I've tried deleting all Quicksilver components and preferences,
repairing permissions, rebooting and reinstalling from scratch, but
the problem continues.

Let me know if you need more from the problem report. I wasn't sure
exactly what to include here.
