Hi there, sorry to hear you're having problems with the latest version of Quicksilver.
We released ß64 (3915) a few hours ago, so Quicksilver rightly attempted to update itself. Were you previously running Quicksilver ß63, or an older version? There were previously problems updating from older version, but not from ß63. Needless to say, downloading the update from http://qsapp.com/download.phpor GitHub, you should be running the latest version - 3915. I have downloaded and confirmed that this is the version I get.
