Are you referring to the “Safari History (Catalog)” item, or are you 
right-arrowing into Safari, and then into History?

The first will only work if you have the catalog entry enabled. The second 
should always work.

I guess the obvious things to try are restarting Quicksilver, and if that 
doesn’t help, clearing the caches.
