b64 - bug? - Safrai autolaunch

since updating to b64, Safari launches by itself when I start up.
Not that this anything awful, just FYI.

Normally QS launches at start-up.
I disabled it.  No Safari auto-laucnh.
As soon as I launch QS, Safari follows immediately.
