Restore trigger scope

I was fooling around trying to learn the intricacies of Quicksilver,
when I did something I couldn't undo.  In one trigger in the iTunes
plug-in, I selected "Enabled in Selected Applications."  Now, I can't
restore the scope to "Enabled in All Applications," which is the ideal
state for this trigger.
