to get only your triggers to migrate to your new machine, copy over the file located at ~/Library/Application Support/Quicksilver/Triggers.plist (where ~ is your home folder) If you'd like to keep all you Quicksilver preferences (plugins, catalog, etc.) then copy over everything in that folder (~/Library/Application Support/Quicksilver)
