If I understand you correctly, you want a trigger to open the Quicksilver
window with a specific folder selected in the 1st pane (as the subject)

In order to do this, use the "select in command window" action when
creating your trigger.
It will read something like this:

"Documents" → "Select In Command Window"

If you want the verb pane to be highlighted instead of the subject pane
when you use the trigger, try playing with the "Jump to action when getting
results" setting in the Preferences → Command preferences.
