This is a known issue with the BezelHUD plugin and newer version of Quicksilver.
Make sure you're running the latest version of Quicksilver (ß66 on 10.6 and 10.7) and the latest BezelHUD plugin. Do this by clicking "Check for updates now" in the preferences.
