There were also three iTunes DJ ones that I think would be more commonly hit.

Agreed, it just made it hard to see what was interfering. I assume reworking 
the Action prefs UI is on the long term enhancement list.

I probably wasn't clear, but when I said "I would have guessed" I meant "I 
would have guessed that when I deliberately ordered them last..." I'm now 
guessing that QS didn't change the order of stuff I had done, just added new 
things. So there isn't a new bug.

You're right, I had documented Add Note... in my quick reference.

I have been keeping notes and still plan on doing so :)  Thanks for tracking
