As of the new release yesterday, the Networking plug-in should be available to everyone. If you have the Network Location or AirPort plug-ins installed, Networking should replace them automatically on the next update. Please note (as Patrick said), these are now proxy objects named “IP Address” and “External IP Address”. The name no longer contains “Get”.
