Quicksilver only looks at mail messages if you manually browse by hitting / or 
→ to go into Mail.app. And even if a problem is encountered doing that, I would 
expect it to crash Quicksilver, not Mail. Do you have any plug-ins for Mail 
that could be triggering some automated behavior that involves Quicksilver?
