This used to be an option, but was removed with the preferences clean up. I have just added it as a hidden preference ( http://qsapp.com/wiki/Hidden_Defaults) so when the next version of QS is released, if you set the QSUpdateWithoutAsking preference as specified on that page, Quicksilver will restart automatically.
