An easier alternative would be to create a trigger for: "qs://preferences#QSTriggersPrefPane" ⇥ Open URL, but as Rob says, there is a built in trigger for ⌘' that opens the trigger preferences when Quicksilver is activated.
We're looking into making these triggers more obvious.
