Hi there, This used to be a feature of the Apple Mail plugin - it would add a list of recent email addresses used by Mail to your catalog. Since Mail has changed a lot since the plugin was first made, this feature has subsequently been broken, and removed from the latest Mail plugin.
Please create a 'new issue' at https://github.com/quicksilver/Quicksilver/issues with the feature request and we will try and get to work implementing it as soon as we can.
