Since I have installed Mountain Lion yesterday it now takes two presses of the hotkey (I used ctrl-esc) to get QuickSilver to appear and stay on the screen. The first time I hit the hotkey QuickSilver appears for a split second and then disappears. When I hit the hotkey again it appears and stays like normal. I have to hit the hotkey twice every time I hit quicksilver.
