Not that I know of. Personally I keep Activity Monitor running (solves
force quit), QS in the menubar (shows if two are running), and for
tinkering you can just invoke and then Cmd-,. Not sure what "reveal the app
if QS is stuck" means—if QS is frozen, you have to force quit it. If not, I
at least have never had a non-frozen QS refuse to invoke.
