Since Mountain Lion upgrade, 'allow capitalized key to select action' has not functioned for me. Common ones I use are T for move to trash, M for move and P for paste. Sure is odd trying to remember to tab to the action pane to perform those (and others). Have tried 'setting T as default' to no avail. Was hoping it would return like 'modifier-only command' that was broken but seemed to fix itself after a couple of restarts and some system maintenance but no go. ß69 (3932)
