Hi there, Please try restarting Quicksilver (a quick shortcut for doing this is ⌘⌃Q). This is a known bug that can sometimes occur when adding Triggers to Quicksilver. Hopefully, after restarting Quicksilver, when you click the '+' symbol in the triggers preferences you should see the 3 pane panel.
